The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 101 workshop promotes increased awareness and understanding of implicit bias and intersectionality in higher education. This workshop aims to increase faculty and students’ knowledge about implicit biases that affect their understanding, actions, and decisions about other people, and promote an intersectional approach to create more inclusive environments for faculty and students.
