Research Interests: My research interests center on leveraging evidence-based treatments to promote resilience and growth in adults who have experienced trauma, loss, and other destabilizing life events.

About myself: I grew up in Cincinnati. I completed my B.A. in Psychology at Smith College and my M.S. in Applied Psychology at Northeastern University. Upon graduation, I worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Center for Anxiety and Traumatic Stress Disorders. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, reading, and exploring local coffee shops.
