I am originally from Illinois, but my family is now based out of North and South Carolina. I completed my undergraduate degree receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Davidson College in North Carolina. Following graduation, I worked in Houston, Texas at Baylor College of Medicine’s OCD and Anxiety Program doing research in the Storch Lab on obsessive-compulsive and anxiety-related disorders and the psychosocial impact of a rare genetic condition. I am a part of Amy Przeworski’s lab at Case Western Reserve University studying the role and impact of obsessive-compulsive and anxiety related disorders within the family and its impact on individual and interpersonal functioning with consideration of developmental, identity, and health-related contexts.
