About
Research Interests: I have an interest in research involving pediatric language development, fluency, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), auditory habilitation, and neurogenic language disorders. I am eager to explore research opportunities that are focused on improving functional communication and encouraging participation in everyday life. I hope to contribute to work that supports better outcomes for individuals and their families.
Area of Specialization: I am interested in working with pediatrics for those with speech, language, and social communication disorders. I also hope to explore and gain knowledge of adult medical speech-language pathology as I continue my path to discover the clinical setting that best fits my interests.
About Me: I am from Medina, Ohio, and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences. Apart from school, I love trying new restaurants, shopping, and hanging with my Deaf English Bulldog, named Bug.
