Research Interests: My research interests focus on the religious/spiritual struggles experienced by sexual and gender minorities. Specifically, I am interested in how sexual and gender minorities struggle to follow their internalized moral codes, particularly when making morally ambiguous decisions. Furthermore, I am interested in the resulting implications this research has for clinicians engaging in psychotherapy.
