IMPACT is a year-long inter-institutional mentoring program designed to provide students from underrepresented minority groups at Case Western Reserve University and Hampton University (a Historically Black College and University) with access to diverse Communication Sciences and Disorders (COSI/CSD) professionals, exposure to research and professional opportunities, and graduate school preparation. The IMPACT program prepares students for acceptance into top SLP and audiology graduate programs and works to build future leaders who understand and embody inclusion, diversity, and compassion. All IMPACT Fellows receive GRE preparation materials. There is no cost to the student to participate in the IMPACT Program.
